U should look up ur kennel club and get a list of breeders they recommend as these dogs have all the health tests done so if u get a pup u have a great chance it's goin to be healthy , for piece of mind always have insurance , I'm sure a breeder on yorkie talk could guide you in the right way as I don't live there and be able to tell you which kennel club to look up
just go on to the breeder talk section on yt and ask the breeders
