I want to first say Welcome!!! I am of no help, as I have the same problem with my Sailor, she hates to have to come inside....the only way we ever get her is to give her a cookie or some kind of new treat or ask her if someone is home....but she will sometimes just not listen if she really wants to be outside!!! So I have no suggestions for you, but would love to hear what others have to say....
