It really depends on crystal type. Struvites almost always signal infection. This antibiotic may or may not work. If there are symptoms remaining post med your pup needs a urine culture and sensitivity taken by cystocentesis. If there are further concerns her bladder will need to be imaged.
Probably just a UTI...
