I always hope that people don't give puppies as gifts. If anyone reads this, and IS giving a puppy as a gift, please learn how to do it properly and how to properly take care of a puppy when giving it at *such* a busy, crazy, hectic, loud, overwhelming time of year. Puppies are fragile, young, vulnerable living creatures who've only been on the earth for a few weeks! Please, please, please treat them as such.
