When he bites, sternly tell him no, and redirect him to his toy. We had that problem with one of our girls. She would get caught up in playing and nip our hand. We sternly tell her "no bite" and redirect her to the toy. Worked very well. Just make sure your stern no isn't a screaming match at them. I've seen some people of that and it's complete overkill and unnecessary. They just need to hear. A strong, firm, simple no and have the problem redirected and most always learn what they're supposed to bite and not supposed to bite. Haha
