I got one of the greatest Christmas gifts a person could get.
On the 23rd of October my GP found something questionable in my blood work and sent me to the Cooper Cancer Center in Akron to have blood work done that only they can do. I was able to get in the beginning of November and the Dr. ordered a series of many tests.....they were all back and I was called to come in December 10th so after part of October, all of November, and 10 days in December, I found out I do not have cancer. I was at peace with the idea if I had, I'm 81 with excellent health so geeez, one has to die from something but it is nice to have some time to spend with the new darling babies born in our family.
Though all of this a dear friend has been going through surgery after surgery and now has a staff infection so we have to get him through this and a Merry Christmas will be complete. If you could remember him in your prayers it would be appreciated.
