I know puppies are so cute but supporting a breeder who might be bad can come with a lot of issues you may have a sick pup that doesn't haven genetic issues pop up until around 2 years old and they can cost lots of money and there are ones that will pop up before that too. Also buying from a bad breeder keeps them in business and doing what there doing which is not good for the pups, dogs or our breed. Dew claws should be removed at 3 days old after that it becomes an amputation. Callie my yorkie has and two issues with hers one got caught and ripped half of the nail off exposing the nerve and the vein and she had to be sedated and have them cut back then another time she got an infection that made her nail area swell up really large and we went through three different treatments before one worked and we thought we where going to have to remove it.
