im sooo not laughing- this sounds pretty serious to me! I would invest in Halt like the other member suggested. Being a dog lover- not just a yorkie lover, i know its hard to even imagine having to cause harm to a dog, but when the animal puts your life or the life of your dog in jeopardy, i think its fair to say you need to take measures to protect yourself. I also think its very unfair for her to unnecessarily bring her dog to where you are...have you tried approaching her and maybe getting to know her? maybe she wants to be friends? purely an idea! what kind of dogs are they? def sounds like maybe she and her dogs need some obiedience classes...i really hope you and toby stay safe!! and good luck- keep up posted.
