I would say mayhap the way to get through this relative of yours, is to show how and or stories that making money from one female dog, is quite like betting on the odds in a large lottery.

Yorkie litters are small, and the risks are high. One C section, and one to two pups would mean, forgetting everything else, each pup would have to be sold for $500 to even cover the cost of a C section alone. And just who would buy those pups?

The Kujii sites and like, are littered with Yorkie Pup ads for sale, what does he have to offer that is better than the rest?

There are easier ways to make some money, then buying a female dog and hoping you will make money off of her. I don't know that morality arguments would work with this person, but maybe financial ones would.
