Teddy has had itchies recently and the vinegar/water mix after shampooing helped him. We follow with conditioner.

I would not use any of the topicals you listed. You run the risk of your dog licking these things and becoming very sick.

I would also want to know the cause of the itching. The cause can be something benign like dry skin or use of the wrong hair products, poor food choice with inadequate nutrition. Or it could be allergies, moderate to severe. Worst case scenario, it is the sign of an underlying health problem.
