Try Nutri-Cal ... I used to give this to Bentley to prevent low blood sugar when he was a baby, I attached a pic so you know what it looks like.
Are you sure is low blood sugar though? Did you get an exam from the vet? I'm surprised your vet didnt recommend anything for it.
