They may have to, and that I can somewhat understand. I however did not buy anything that was custom. I was mostly aggravated that I was told it would be there within a certain time frame and it arrived 3 weeks later. When I finally received the stuff it was beautiful stuff, I just was not pleased at how they deal with their customers. I never could get ahold of them.
