I have the Chamilia bracelet which I think is a bit cheaper than the Pandora. I believe the quality is the same.
What you can do is bring your bracelet to the store and ask to see the "charmed memories" pieces and compare the two.
From a distant I dont think many people could tell the difference between the Chamilia and the Pandora.
