Seriously? IF I had a vet who answered the phone on Sundays, I would expect to be seen if I told a story like you have told us. If this story is true, it is time for you to find a new vet.
As to your pup, he needs to be seen by a vet now, not tomorrow. Continuous crying? I don't know how you can even sit and type through all of that. It would upset me enough to find a vet ASAP. Please get him to an emergency clinic NOW. Poor baby.
