Ask Villette, sometimes pups will play up an injury for days because it gets them the coveted attention.
But I am guessing your poor little girl has a boo-boo, and it hurts her! Could be sorely bruised, but it could also be a hairline fracture. Like the vet said, if she still doesn't use it, take her in.
