If I understand correctly, can't oatmeal be drying? Maybe that's part of the issue? Maximo do you know if this is true? He is so cute. I have found both of my pups need different shampoo as their coats are different. For a really good conditioner I recommend PEK. Also, human conditioner can be used on our pups. Pantene has been good for my girls.
