No. Don't get any more vaccinations is my opinion lol. Lots of evidence proving they last 7+ years. More likely 15.

I would never get a 10 year old dog any more vaccines. Rabies IS required by law, and that's not something I'm willing to break (not because I don't think he's protected, moreso for his protection againist the law, if something were to ever happen, I wouldn't want him in quarantine, etc). So that's up to you. Here it's every 3 years.
