Default Skin Probem possibly yeast.

Hi,
In late summer I noticed Milo licking a lot above is tail so we went to the Vet and they expressed his Anal glands a week later we were back as he was still licking and they shaved his hair above his tail to find brown crusty spots, so they did a skin scrapping and blood work, put him on antibiotics, gave me a spray and told me to give him claritan. This seemed to work until a little over a month ago when he started licking again this time it was his upper back thigh and his groin. I decided to change his food to see if this would help we changed from Natal Balance LID Lamb and Brown Rice to LID Sweet Potato and Venison and took away all his treats. We went back to the Vet and they put him back on Antibiotics, I should use the spray and the Claritan. Well he started licking again his upper back thigh (same spot) it appears that there are pale pinkish brown spots there. I am starting to wonder if this could be yeast related and if so how can I treat it. The thought of taking him to the vet all the time and putting him on Drugs is not appealing to me. Does anyone know of a Natural route I could take. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a picture but it is not that great.

Thank you so much

Cheryl
