I was just thinking about the rescues, too. There's Save a Yorkie in PA (
Welcome Save A Yorkie Rescue) and Safehaven Small Breed Rescue (
Safehaven Small Breed Rescue - Home), which specializes in puppy mill dogs but may be able to help you, I'm really not sure.
I saw on FB that SAY had a foster home in Altoona, PA, so maybe they will help you in Pittsburgh even though they are closer to Philly.
