Gina attacks our toes, and the 3 cats, we use "leave it" and distraction with a chewie or toy, we also put her in a time out, if she doesn't listen. Patience and persistence, are the best things, also maybe, try talking to a trainer, and see if they have any more ideas. Good luck, I hope it works it's self out quickly.
