I am not saying to do the test bc it is expensive, but when dogs are intolerant of a food, they throw up. I would stop all treats & start a limited ingredient diet, that way it's easier to pin point the offending food/ ingredient. Give him something to eat b4 bedtime if he throws up early in the morning. If he stops throwing up yellow bile, it was simply bc he had an empty stomach.
But since this started 9 months ago, I think it's some type of food intolerance. How are his stools? |

Stools are totally normal, I'm not sure if it's anything in his food.. I feel it would of been a problem a long time ago but I am open to learning anything as yogi is my first Yorkie
