I'm trying Advantage dental puppy teething sticks right now.
These definitely need parental supervision. She is 3 lbs but knaws it down to an inch in about half hour. They are as big around as a pencil and not quite 4 inches long. She stops then to get a drink of water. Package says to keep water available to them too. I am concerned about the last nub of it being a choking hazard at that point and take it . The pkg says for dogs 5lbs and up, so just be aware.....and supervise. It does not chip off just gets rubbery with slobber

Watch the zukes too , weight limit is because of choke hazard, I called the company on that one.when you order online it does not tell you that. I gave these away.

Are there actually any chews out there that are safe for dogs under 5 lbs??

I have a 4lb guy and supervise his chewing...but a few weeks ago, I bought puppy teething chews for him thinking they would be good for dogs under 5 lbs and they still had the warning on the back!! It's frustrating because even the chews that are made for small dogs all seem to have the under 5lbs warning
