Hello sorry haven't been around life has a way of stirring you in different directions. Anyway we have recently added an addition to our family which has reached a total of 4 mommies barbies
Everyone seems to be getting along except for a few issues with our youngest Bentley, he likes to nip at feet at certain times when you are doing something example; in the morning when my husband gets ready to leave for work Bentley nips at his toes. My husband puts his work boots on in the mud room so Bentley has access to his toes and nips at them. After a while this can be annoying though he is just playing which my husband understands.
Now for the bigger problem, Omar who is the other male and is 10 yrs old get nipped at every morning when they get up. Lately the bites have gotten much worse to the point of drawing blood. Bentley seems to constantly mess with Omar and yet Omar is no real threat to him as our Peaches is really the one who is alpha.
When we scold him he knows he did wrong but seems to look at us with a look of Im sorry and he even goes over to Omar later and licks where he bit him and seems to try and makes amends. We have 2 males and 2 females all are spaded and neutered. Bentley is one month shy of being 1 year old the rest range from 13 to 9. My husband and I are at wits end as this is causing stress and harm to our Omar and it's not fair to Omar who has been with us for a long time and doesn't bother anyone, he is not anywhere near alpha status so I don't thing thats it. Any suggestions, tips would be greatly appreciated.
