Please do this....either of these rescues will take care of all of her medical needs prior to looking for a new home for her. We also do very careful screening of adopters....you don't want to just assume that someone on an online forum is legitimate. If you decide to place her yourself, PLEASE check with the people's vet for a reference. You also should visit the home to be sure it is a safe place for your pup. | I would go with this advice. Please don't surrender her to HS though. I don't think they would be able to care for her since she has special needs. Praying all turns out well for her.
