Oh my gosh... that .-55 degrees Fahrenheit..and here I wine when it gets to 0(-17) Celsius) here. Poor Ricky doesn't do well outside under 50(10 Celsius)....so he would absolutely freak if it were that cold.
I play fetch with my little guy....but I also like to play "search" with my dogs. I hide treats all over the house and I make them search for the treats like a drug dog sniffs out drugs or a bomb dog sniffs out bomb etc etc. I use the command search and I sort of help them along by pointing my finger towards where I want them to go.
You could also get puzzle toys for him or you could enroll him in a class....obedience, agility etc etc. Agility definitely burns energy.. Sometimes we go to petsmart or petco just to walk around and get outside of these 4 walls.
