Try googling and you will probably find big dog forums discussing care. I found a lot of eye things in those forums when I was researching for Max.
In terms of post-operative surgical care, I'm guessing a cone, and drops/salves in the eyes 3 - 4 times a day for 2 - 3 weeks.
