Oh! I hope it's not freezing rain. I was so afraid we would have a repeat of 09. We went 8 miserable days with no power and no running water. Fortunately, we had gas heat so we stayed warm.
I have dried his hair 3 times already and he is covered in tiny snowballs again. I may make him wait this one out for a bit.
