I don't remember seeing this posted before. But Millie has just started to hide her food in her bowl. If she does not finish all her meal, and she really likes it, she will attempt to cover it up with the placemat that is under her food and water bowl. She is has gotten very serious about this too.

I finally gave her a wash cloth to use, because she was pushing her bowls around and causing a mess, just to get enough placemat available to cover the food bowl.

She seems ok with the washcloth. When she is ready to eat again, she undercovers the bowl, just enough to get her mouth in there, but that's it.

She is not food aggressive, because I can mess with her bowl and food any time and she has no problem with it.

We do have a cat, but as far as I know the cat has never showed any interest in her food.

Weird?
