I leave dry food down for Callie all the time and I also have to hand feed her twice it to get her to eat but she has as an adult had low blood sugar issues so I'm kinda freaky about it. Have you tried making eating kinda like a game like using one of the toys where the treats fall out when they mess with it but instead of using treats using kibble? Of using one of the doggy puzzles but again using kibble instead of treats? I have even tried tossing one piece near her and making it a toss like game.
