All my guys do it, but it's only when I say something they don't usually hear me say. Like, good boy/girl is ok, but, if I ask one what He/She has stuck in their Beards/Tails (like a twig) or something like that, they really get twisty headed. So I think it's like they're trying to absorb/learn the sound that's unfamiliar.
