If she's humping another female, that's usually her asserting her dominance. Nothing sexual really.. As for the swollen vulva, you'd prolly want to get her seen by a vet to be sure. These lil ones can go into heat even before 6 months, so it's definitely a possibility.

For me, personally I had Billi spayed before her first heat. She needed several baby teeth pulled and I wasn't interested in waiting til after her heat anyway. I'd do a little more research to decide what you think is right for her. But def. consult your vet.
