I know- none of the top performing harnesses fit little dogs. I'm happy with my variocage now and my dogs seem happy but I don't know what I would do if I didn't own an SUV. There's really no practical solutions for people with small dogs and cars available on the market. Lots of "cute" things but nothing made for real safety.
