Usually I am the one not in the spirit for Christmas, but this year, I am in full holiday spirit! I think it has to do with my 2 girls....Teeka and Tatiana. Last year I had recently lost my little girl, Tameka of 10 years and I didn't feel like celebrating. This year I have been decorating, dressing my girls and Max for the holidays. I have taken some pictures of them in their holiday wear. They make it so much fun! I also have a granddaughter living with me and she brings out the holiday spirit in me. I guess I have been seeing the joy of Christmas through the eyes of a child!
The holidays don't have to be about the shopping, baking and the bustle! Make it what you want it to be.....sit, relax and be with family or loved one.
