 Sounds very "fishy" to me!
How could this be a good pup which they "sold", and yet they have No record of the sale? This does not sound at all true or "on the up and up". I would get the local dog warden involved. You say there were no ads for a missing dog in that area and yet they say it is their "missing dog". Is there proof of their ownership, any Tags, and why were they not contacting local shelters to help find her. If the dog is from a puppy mill, which are illegal in some regions, the SPCA could take her away from the puppy mill, and she would be put up for adoption if spayed. |
