No secrets here. File size is my biggest frustration with avatars. I can get 4 125x125 pixel pictures and a few words and colors in my 48k size limit as a donating member. If I shrink it to 105 x 105, I can get as many as 6 photos and a few words. I used to think photo resolution played a big role in file size, but I haven't been able to prove it.
I have no idea how Ms. Showoff
Ascension gets 2 pictures and cool graphics in her 20K limit.
