Default Indigestion, bloody stool, not eating

Thanks so much for your response! I switched her to Canine Caviar -Holoistic Wild Ocean (wild herring) that's gluten and grain free and is a limited ingredient diet. She's been on it for three days now and seems to like it. I do mix in about 1/2 of tea spoon of canned pumpkin to help digesting while making a switch from the food she was doing well on for about a yr (Fromm's gamebird-grain free). However, the new food comes in a larger kibble, and I don't really like that at all as my Cleo is only 4 lbs and should eat only small kibble foods to help digest it better...but I'm not a pro, and it's only my personal beliefs. She doesn't seem to have bloody stools anymore but they seem to be too dry as compared to what it used to look like when things were good. I also bought Acana's lamb and brown rice that's grain free (not gluten free) and is also a limited ingredients diet that offers small kibble but decided to try her on the Canine Caviar's holistic one first. Not sure what is better for her - I just don't like larger kibble for her that's with the holistic diet...I don't know if she needs to be on gluten and/or grain free diets - just trying to rule out what may be the cause and based on research, many suggest a LID to rule out certain proteins...any thoughts/suggestion? Thanks!!!
