I wouldn't trust any type of food from China! You can make your own at home...Perdue chicken breast, very thinly sliced, baked until done (dried) about 4 hours at 300 degrees in your oven. Do not use any seasoning. Let cool on a cooling rack, then place in fridge or freezer.
