now i think animal cruelty is wrong, but i dont agree with animal controls decision to sit back and wait... i am certainly not going to be their first victim, nor is my dog going to be their "toby snack". I have a right to defend myself if i find myself in this situation right?  |
Years ago I was attacked by a pit bull while walking my sisters cocker puppy in a public park. I don't blame the dog, I blame the owner. Ever since then I carry "Halt". It's what mail carriers used.
