These people are idiots, they buy a Yorkie, or other "glam" dog, then realize they actually have to take care of it, then they just cast it off like clothes that are out of style. I'm very sorry for that puppy, it deserved better, much better. I think both people should be charged with animal cruelty, and never allowed to have another pet, ever.
