okay, dont laugh at this question.... should i get something heavy that can do damage to take outside with me when toby goes potty ?(there is a woman in our apartment complex that has AGGRESSIVE dogs. they saw toby and almost yanked the leashes out of her hands, she had no control.... and animal control refuses to do anything until they actually biten someone)
now i think animal cruelty is wrong, but i dont agree with animal controls decision to sit back and wait... i am certainly not going to be their first victim, nor is my dog going to be their "toby snack". I have a right to defend myself if i find myself in this situation right?
