Do you know how much he weighed at 12 weeks?
They generally say double the weight at 12 weeks and that's what they'll be full grown.
But like the others have said, you can't really know for sure.
For what it's worth, I'm VERY glad my Cherry is going to be bigger (she'll probably be at least 7 pounds) because she'll be a lot less fragile and there is a lot less chance that she'll break a bone/get stepped on/fall off something/etc.
