Thanks everyone.
All the vet places that I called in my city and surrounding areas said they wouldn't do them both at the same time - have no idea why...maybe because they weren't sure if there were going to be many extractions done on her teeth.
Also, come on...it's a money grab...they are going to get more money from me from two surgeries...
