I am going to chime in too, with an internal medicine specialist. But consider also getting pet insurance for your gal. That can help out a lot in the long run.

I have no idea where you live, but a couple of things I don't mess with, meaning I go right fast to a specialist, anything heart, eyes, and cancer.
I would have the sonogram(s) sent over to a cardiologist, and see an internal medicine specialist at your nearest veterinary hospital, and preferably one that is associated with a vet school.

I am so sorry your Sony is still quite ill. I hope she takes a turn for the better very soon.
