I was trying to find update on him but didn't see anything... Anyone know if his owners showed up? I don't see him on the Montgomery County Shelter listing. He looks so well groomed and everything. I'm really surprised he didn't have a chip.
I hate looking at these shelter sites... Makes me feel bad that I can't help all of them. *sigh* |
