So sorry...these little ones are so fragile.
If she broke the tiny bones in her ankle, there is only a 5% chance it will heal without surgery. I have had two vets tell me this and one was a boarded orthopedic surgeon.
I do not know about the paw, but I would think that might be difficult as well since the bones are so tiny and the blood flow is not so great.
The surgery is not cheap...I don't know about CA but here in Houston we would pay around $3,500 - $4,000 for such a surgery.
