Hugs Lauren!! I'm having a similar situation with my baby boy. He's puking, dry heaving, has diarrhea, and poops blood. My vet and I haven't figured it out yet. It seems to happen in rotation. As soon as we surpass one thing, he develops another symptom. I'm confused too because Kaji acts fine. No lethargy, good appetite, just random puking, dry heaving, diarrhea or bloody poop. In fact, he just went over to my brother to beg for some of his dinner.
He's not getting my brother's food, but still, this is normal for him.
