I use Kayopectate. I bought one of those little medicine scoop-shaped things for a baby. I just put the Kayopectate in there and tip the head back a little and pour it in the side of the doggie's mouth between the cheek and the teeth. It goes right down without a fighting, squirmy pup and I seldom spill a drop. Love it.
