Or some kind of bug. I'm guessing your 9 week old baby has not had all its vaccinations. Please take her in to see the vet! She may have caught something like coccidia. I'm not trying to scare you, but it is possible she may be sick. Since we're not medical experts it's important you seek one. Better safe than sorry, right?
