Hummm, if the food is still good, donate it to a homeless shelter
We don't have any leftovers this year. Went to our daughter and grandson's home, cooked there and had a ton of friends over. Lots of left overs - we left them with Kim. Anything she and Ronnie won't eat, she'll take to work. Her crew loves her.
I did bring home a meaty ham bone which I popped into the freezer to cook with a pot of pinto beans sometime after the new year.
