If it is a grain allergy, Fromm carries some good quality grain-free food. Ours love it. Also the oatmeal shampoo and conditioner are great, but they only soothe the itch... it is not a "fix". I suggest you try something one at a time, to find out what the allergy may be. I would start with the food (gradually making the change so there is no tummy issues!)
